  1. Heather, you don’t happen to be one of the dancers in a commercial for beds that’s running just now do you? Thought the one dancer looked very much like a picture I think you posted at one time.

  2. When life is too easy we get bored and lazy, if it’s too hard we get cynical and disillusioned and look for an escape. We need to work very hard to bring our lives back into balance, where challenges are seen as opportunities and rewards are something to share, I have been at both extremes and know I will be again. Love your blog really helps me think. Kind regards 🌿.

    1. Yes balance is everything. I am trying so hard to find that right now, but the extremes have so much gravity, don’t they? Thank you so much for this comment and for reading some of my words! Means a lot. So glad you found something in them πŸ™‚

  3. You seem like a cool person. Question: Do you often reply to your comments? or not really? How long have you been writing poetry?

I’m curious now to read your poems. Hope that is okay with you?

Also, please feel free to view my poems as well. Heads up though, you may need a dictionary near by. πŸ™‚

Hope to hear from you soon.

    1. I’d say I mostly always reply to my comments, especially if someone asks me a question. I’ve been writing poetry for a few years, sometimes a lot more often than others. Please do read! I will stop by to read your work. Thanks for the comment! 😊😊

  4. Your work is outstanding and your talents shine bright and magic.
Keep writing poetry you have a natural gift.

I’m hooked on your writing now.

P.S Hope you get a chance to read my poems and comment. oh! like I said before, you may need a dictionary. My friends think I’m from another planet and that I am alien and that I speak in cryptic. You decide. You’ll have fun. πŸ™‚

    Hear from you soon.

  5. Hi Heather Anne!!! So nice to meet You. Like that you enjoy sharing your poems – I do too! I appreciated your visit and like of “It’s Not Working”. Please come back and visit soon!

Read your “Conversations with Strangers: Adam” and really loved it! You have a wonderful and mesmerizing style. Every line made me want to read the next! I am looking forward to reading your poems!!

      1. Dear Heather Anne,
It seems that WP has cruelly unconnected me from your blog/site and I am not finding you when searching on WP. Are you still up on WordPress?? I love your writing and poetry and would love to reconnect!!! Hope you have a wonderful week!!!

  6. I have nominated you for a blogger award. I know that it can be time consuming and sometimes not interesting, so I won’t be offended if you ignore it. I just hope, in my own small way (really small because I don’t have that many followers) that I can send a few visitors to your blog.

    1. Thanks so much for the nomination! And sorry for being so slow on the response (you know how much I neglect this blog…) I don’t usually do these but I do like the questions so maybe look out for a post sometime πŸ˜‰

      1. Glad to hear from you. Don’t worry about being slow to respond. Blogging should not be a chore. Hopefully you are busy fulfilling other aspects of your career.
I am glad you like the questions and look forward to your answers….whenever you get around to it.
By the way, do you happen to know any of the Canadian actresses (or maybe you prefer the now gender neutral term actor–please feel free to educate me on this) I chose for my hypothetical dinner party? I only know them from roles, so I am not sure what they are like in real life.
