I understand that your threats are meant to make me feel
small,
but when I watch you making them all I see is
a big baby
throwing a
bigger temper tantrum
and then
sucking his own thumb.
Just cause I won’t let
him
have
his
way.
No matter how large the physical difference,
or however much damage might be done
you’ll always be smaller than me…
How could I ever take such a
desperate sight as you
seriously?
So…what’s the shape supposed to be? I do like shape poetry. Takes more effort and a lot of talent.
I had thought of the structure as expressing more of a journey than building a specific shape… the back and forth between two people over time.
I like it 🙂 Keep up the good work and putting guys in their place.
That made me laugh. Will do!

Nicely done! It makes me think that we always seem to need more words to tell someone off than we do to express thanks or praise!

hahaha! You win for the best comment on my blog ever. 🙂

This is an excellent sentiment but I notice that its four times as long as your usual pithy epigrams! My challenge is to get it down to size!!!!!!!!!! I’m sure it will be improved by the very exercise of diminishment!
